We are looking for a genuine, passionate Customer Support representative for our Canada company “GetMeFoodie”, who can talk and make customer satisfied with their good communication skill.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
– Monitor system, coordinate with Restaurants and drivers (cold calling).
– Provide inputs or feedback to team collected from customers.
– Delivering information about a company’s offerings
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
– Any Bachelor’s degree
– 1-2 years experience in Customer Support
– Excellent written, verbal communication skill
– Ability to learn software system
Salary – Rs. 20,000/-
Indian Timing – 3.30 am – 11.30 am
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
