We need skilled personnel to assist our clients with product installation, configuration, customization & demonstration to use our products.

Freshers can join as a Product Support Executive in Puducherry to kick start your career in IT.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

How will you contribute:

• Remotely install our software products to clients.
• Clarify & answer technical queries.
• Demonstrate product usage.

• Document client requirements.
• Generate reports periodically.
• Create, update & maintain official documentations.
• Coordinate with the administration.

Essential Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Willingness to follow work ethics.
• Good analytical skill.
• Good focus & effective handle work pressure with composure.
• Ability achieve business objectives & assignments.
• Good communications skills with fluency in English.

Educational Requirements :

• B.Sc in any discipline.
• B.E./B.Tech in any discipline.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
