Main Responsibility and Activities:
· Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
· Answer and transfer incoming calls, taking messages, responding to emails and providing accurate information as required.
· Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, calendar management, travel arrangement bookings and coordinating logistics for senior management.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare and send outgoing letters, packages, and other documents.
· Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
· Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and document preparation.
· Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing budget tracking and petty cash management.
Education Qualification & Skills Required:
· Any Bachelor’s or Diploma
· 6 months+ of experience in admin role or front desk executive.
· High proficiency in English. Additional languages such as Hindi and Kannada are desirable.
· Experience in handling e-commerce apps such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, Dunzo etc
· Basic knowledge of using computers and MS Office- Word and Excel
· Hands on experience in calendar management and travel desk.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹31,000.00 per month
