We are looking for a Client Support Executive to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and updates.

🔹 Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, and accounts teams for project execution.

🔹 Maintain client documentation and assist in preparing reports.

🔹 Ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment with client goals.

Requirements:

✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills.

✅ 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, support, or coordination roles.

✅ Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace & CRM tools.
