Job Description

Plan, Manage and Execute Overall Operations Marketing including:

• Managing and driving team of people to ensure smooth and effective operations such as House Keeping, Dining and Kitchen, banking, Security and Safety, Repairs and maintenance, Laundry services, Utility, Wi-Fi, CCTV of all properties (Hostels).
• Managing and driving smooth Hostel admission procedure keeping in view fulfilling all admission formalities and proper compliance.
• Managing and scheduling Pest Control Services, Water Tank cleaning month wise.
• To build a strong hostel operation team with specific KRAs and daily activity charts. Create system and processes, develop SOPs to improve operations. Empower and equip the team to achieve targets and enhance their output at work.
• Develop high level of Customer Relation Management (CRM) to ensure regular feedbacks and all issues resolved.
• Responsible for that no nuisance/untoward incidents takes place in the properties and maintain an overall cordial atmosphere in the property premises. In case of any issue, to amicably solve the same with customers as well as staff associates.
• Manage and control property operational expenses (Electricity bill, Water bill, Wi-Fi bill, Meal expense, transportation, repair and Maintenance expense etc.) as directed by Management
• Manage and drive team for proper Verification of vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain good relationship with property owner and local municipal authority representative/Police stations to ensure safety / security and ensure water, electricity, business licenses related issues are sorted out expeditiously.
• Manage and maintain all time profit and loss accounts of all properties in the region .
• Develop strong vendor management system and find reliable outsourced agencies for site operations (Housekeeping, Security, Wi-Fi, and Transportation etc.) without compromising quality and cost.
• Manage and drive team to attain Operational profit from each property as per set targets.
• Responsible for Fit outs/ transformation of properties along with finding the right interior designer / contractors to do up the interiors and ensuring timely and good quality of work delivered at site.
• Work in close association with Marketing and Real estate team towards product (Bed Tariff) pricing and facilities provided.
• Responsible to develop an inventory of probable people who can be immediately hired for various operational functions in hostel in case of need or demand arises.
• Ensure complete statutory compliance in all properties.
• Responsible for Prepare and share Operational reports to management as per business needs.
