Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Public relations specialist with Embassy/Immigration background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the firm’s services and market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills within the immigration industry.

* Create comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and objectives.

* Conduct market research to identify potential strategic partners, including law firms, consulting agencies, government institutions, and other entities related to immigration services.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions i.e Embassies

* Work closely with the marketing team to integrate PR efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

* Serve as the main point of contact for partner organizations, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring effective collaboration.

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities

* Plan, coordinate and attend events, including webinars, seminars, and conferences, to enhance the firm’s visibility within the immigration community.

* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each strategic partnership.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

* Proven experience in strategic partnership management, preferably in the immigration or legal services industry.

* Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strategic thinking and ability to align partnerships with overall business objectives.

* Familiarity with immigration laws, policies, and industry dynamics.

* Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.

* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving key performance indicators
