Qualification: Essential : – Chartered Accountant + CS/CS Professional/CS Executive

Experience : – 8 – 10 – years’ of experience in Finance & Accounting out of which 3 – 4 years must be in a leadership role.

Age: – 35 – 40 years

Skillsets Required: –

• Proven work experience in finance & accounting preferably in a Corporate
• Strong problem solving & coordination skills
• Good at monitoring compliances
• Good flair for data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Tally
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in making presentations
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring Proper Books of Accounts are maintained
• Finalization of Balance Sheet and Its Statutory Audit
• Preparation and Monitoring of Annual Budget, MIS, Cash Flow
• Coordination and Conclusion of Statutory & Internal Audit in a manner there are no or minimal objections/adverse observations.
• Responding to audit memos & preparing ATR for audit observations.
• Review monthly books, Closing of Accounts, Reconciliation and Presentation of Financial Performance, etc.
• Monthly and Quarterly Compliances TDS / GST Returns etc.
• Coordination with Bank, Third Parties and Vertical heads related to Finance.
• Ensuring Secretarial Compliances for the Trusts.
• Convening periodic meetings of the Trusts.
• Handle Income Tax Scrutiny, Assessment & Appeals.
• Prepare Monthly Budgets and provide analysis for the same (MoM, QoQ & YoY).
• Any other work as and when assigned by the CEO.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
