Role & Responsibilties:· Updating recruitment Tracker· Coordinate with a recruitment consultant· Follow-up with managers for the feedback· Collecting Pre-employment Documents· Sourcing CVs from Recruitment Tracker· Assist the HR Manager in all HR related activities· Assist in Admin Related activities to HR· Joining & Exit formalities· Preparation of different HR reports· Updating employee Master· Attendance & payroll processing· preparing different kind of letters· grievance handling· Employee Engagement Activities· manage the entire lifecycle of employeesRequired Candidate profile:· Honest, Hard Working Growth Mindset (Important)· Relevant Experience in HR, preferably from FMCG, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY.· Able to manage the Domestic Sales Team, Corporate office & Factory Team & Staff.· Working Knowledge of Relevant LawsComputer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and internet functions.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)Human Resources Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
