Verisk Hiring for Lead Consultant – Business Analyst at Mumbai, India Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities: * Act as an intermediary between the client & data/technical team to ensure smooth product implementation * Interview business users to elicit and gather data & business requirements * Think through all the various scenarios / needs identified and highlight unaddressed scenarios or needs * Challenge the current business process where it is suboptimal and propose enhanced process * Document business requirements and translate business terms into functional specifications, and technical requirements for the understanding of the data/ technical team * Document testing scenarios and capture test cases to be used during user acceptance testing * Follow the requirement review process with business users and get sign-off on business requirements and functional specifications * Coordinate with data/ technical teams to ensure proper data is mapped and integrated * Conduct analysis of data, create rules for derived data sets and aggregates as needed * Configure business rules and workflows to meet the business requirements and functional specifications * Coordinate between the business users, development and support team on development, testing and release * Develop report and presentation for change requests, development proposals, business cases and other control * Minimum 7 years of experience (Exp Range – 8 to 10 Years) * Involved in at least one complete project lifecycle as a developer/architect in any ONE of the below type of projects: o Enterprise core banking solution (or CBS) like Finacle, Flexcube, Bancs etc. implementation experience.
