Job Description
Organisational Development Administrator
Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity within a fast-paced, international environment? Because we have big goals, and we want you to be part of them. We are looking to welcome An English speaking Administrator / Project Control Specialist to our team to help make a difference in the well-being and development of the employees at Version 1. You would become one of the key members of a rapidly growing Organisational Development team.

Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development Function.Project work for the Organisational Development Function
Qualifications
Key Requirements:Excellent MS office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.An ability to develop, implement and oversee systems, processes, and procedures that deliver high-quality services.A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn/develop.An interest in learning and developing professionally.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work to deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent time-management skills.Fluent has written and spoken English is essential.Highly motivated and capable of working on their initiative, being a team player.
REQUIREMENTS
Administrative experience is preferred
Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
LMS Platform experience a bonus.
