Job description

• Review, measure, and improve production samples

• Review, measure, and improve new product development samples

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors

• Review quality control inspection reports

• Reviewing CAD designs

• Managing designers, vendors, suppliers, and factories

• Suggesting product and manufacturing process improvements based on inspection reports, customer reviews, and sample reviews

• Checking production vs. approved pre-production samples

• Improving packaging

• Some sourcing

Requirements

• Must work at least 4 hours during USA Texas time

• Stable internet and power

• Must work some time on Asian hours (where most of our production is)

• Must be in a country that can accept samples

• Must have strong spatial and visual skills

• Must be able to make simple drawings

• Must be able to do precise and detail oriented work

• Must have strong computer skills

• Must be comfortable with remote work

• Clear written and spoken English communication

• You must be able to motivate yourself to do work while working from home or from a coworking space

More information about the position and company

• Work is remote (either at home or at a coworking space)

• Full-time (we are expecting at least 40 hours of quality output per week)

• You must be continuously available from at least 8 AM to 12 PM Texas Time.

• Your first three months will be on probation. After three months you will have 10 business days of vacation and other benefits.

• We will ask you to sign an NDA/confidentiality agreement and provide a photo id/passport before beginning work

• We review salaries yearly and bonus according to a combination of company and employee performance.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 – ₹140,000.00 per month
