JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate and follow ups with various internal teams/departments and vendors.
Monitoring compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analysing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; preparing for audits by conducting appropriate research; preparing and distributing draft reports to the executive management;
Data Verification and Validation
MIS Report creation and presentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge in vLookup, Basic Formulas like Concatenate, Countif, Average, Sum and Pivot Table required.
Exposure to using basic software and tools such as Google Sheets, MS Word, PPT.
Understanding of admin related functions, vendor negotiations.
Ability to create presentations / reports.
Ability work with social media and send out emailers/manage emailing list data.
Good communication skills to engage with internal/external stake holders over phone + video call.
Good email writing etiquettes.
Good team player.
Ability to grasp and learn new concepts/tools quickly.
6 day working (Monday to Saturday, from Gurugram office or Noida office, if required).
