4+ years of administrating Adobe Workfront
Adobe Workfront expert in all things reporting dashboards, metrics, building project templates, user layouts, custom forms, system updates, integrations with CRM systems, AEM DAM, Office, WebEx, Eloqua, Salesforce, UX/design systems, and more based on the needs of project teams
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, management, and clients
User profile management and associate a user with job roles to indicate the skills they are able to perform
Mapping out and defining complex data solution requirements
Proficient in identifying and prioritizing needs, self-managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting on progress.
Maintain an understanding of project management processes and metrics
Work with various partners to develop strategies
Owning, creating, maintaining, and enhancing governance of the system as a whole
Create reports and dashboards to support project managers, project teams, and executive leadership
Customize layout templates for different user personas by applying dashboards to enhance the user experience
Experience with AEM/DAM integration a value adds
