Project Management Professional offering substantial experience in planning, execution and coordination of | structure, finishing and infra development etc. Focused on pursuit of milestones and prove capabilities in roles of design review, tender technical specification analysis, verification and cost analyzing of BOQ, drawings review submitted by various consultants and architects. Carefully carve niche in re-organization and re-structuring of project milestones, with focus centered towards completion of project on time. recognized as a talented Project Manager for cost saving through value engineering and to implement well-defined plans and strategies to control the cost of the project within the defined budgets.

Key result

Responsible for the planning and execution as per standard drawings and S. O. P.

• Verification and Cost Analyzing of BOQ.
• Review of drawings given by architects and consultants.
• Verification of bills submitted by the contractors.
• Preparing Requisition of material, if it is not in the scope of contractor.
• Preparation of work schedule with respect of master schedule and monitoring day to day progress with respect to schedule.
• Monitoring daily progress with respect to schedule and take preventive/ corrective actions to achieve these targets.
• Coordinating with different teams like sales & marketing, liasoning, Architecture, Services, Consultants, and Contractors for different project requirements and approvals.
• Resolving all contractor queries, concerns, and RFIs (Requests for Information) related to the design/drawing of the project.
• Performing site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with all designs / drawings.
• Following up with the Planning & Procurement Team to ensure timely delivery of all material at the site.
• Implementing well defined plans and strategies to control the cost of the project within the defined budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
