Roles and Responsibilities
# Responsible for overall HR & IR functions of manufacturing operations of Company, heading HR department of factory Full Time Employees & contractual.
# Constant up gradation of Human Skill for different target groups like junior executives, staff, sub-staff and workmen and looking after the Payroll System, the Employee Engagement & Welfare activities.
# Liasoning with the local Govt. departments of Chief Inspector of Factories, Labour Department, Employment Exchange, Provident Fund, and Employee State Insurance, Accountable for filing of all statutory returns associated with these Govt. Departments.
# To prepare and submit Daily / Monthly management reports to Corporate Office on SAP, MIS and Work Programme to meet business targets and strategies.
# To Head the Recruitment Team in coordination with cross functional departments and take care of post recruitment activities.
# To look after Long Term Agreement with Trade Unions amicably and without any labour unrest & zero productivity loss.
# Responsible for assisting in the Compensation and Benefits Guidelines including overall Planning and benchmarking compensation practices.
# To implement the Disciplinary Procedure in the manufacturing unit and to draft and issue warning letter, so-cause notice, suspension notice etc as per statutory laws and control and daily monitoring of IR issues in the plant.
# Heading the Negotiation Team for discussion with the union at Plant and framing strategy for influencing employees and eliminating union in the factory.
# Employee welfare programs like Canteen, uniforms, Insurance policies etc,Implement and daily monitoring of Company EHS Policy, Taking care of the Statutory Compliance of Personnel and Administration Department under government laws and HR policies of the Company.
# Contract Labour Management, certifying bills every month & ensuring payments thereof for meeting statutory compliance made by the Contractors, Conducting & attending internal & external statutory audits.
# To make Annual Budget and to get it approved from Corporate Office and Inform the performance of the Quality Management System to the Corporate Office.
# Timely Tracking of Key Result Area and its quarterly review, LTS, Wage, Salary, Bonus negotiation with worker and employee unions.

1. Working as a Unit / Plant / Factory HR & IR roll with any TOP Cement / Paints / Home Appliances / Consumer Durable / FMCG / Pharma Company.
