We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our high energy team

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, audit, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and success

Reporting : AVP, Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Managing all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
• Forecast and monitor cash flow, and financial health of the company, manage working capital and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintains a suitable internal control framework with a focus on identifying and managing financial risks along with appropriate governance.
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and other key business initiatives.
• Manage all accounting operations including Receivables, Payables, GL Management to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Prepare AOP/ Budgets with key metrics and publish monthly forecasts
• Research technical accounting issues for compliances
• Streamline month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Ensure compliances with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Spearhead statutory and internal audits

Must Haves

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years post qualification experience, 2+ year as Finance Controller
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Well versed with setting up SOPs around contracts, vendors, budget utilisation and daily cash flow practices
• Have strong personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Accounting Software migration and knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zohobooks will be an advantage
• Start up experience preferred
• Ready to work from Noida Office

Location – Noida (On-site/Work From Office)
