Job Responsibilities and Requirements: 1. Minimum 12+ years of experience in SW development, delivering software to automotive ECUs – Cluster, Infotainment etc.
2. Should possess strong technical skills – project architecture, debugging skills, programming skills and problem solving skills.
3. Should be results/ action oriented.
4. Should possess excellent communication skills, clear on what is needed, should be precise to the point, and able to drive people to deliver results.
5. Able to interpret technical requirements, a quick learner to understand issues from developers/ stake holders, able to make technical decisions.
6. Able to deliver results consistently meeting committed timeline, quality and contents.
7. Should take ownership of SW delivery, SW processes for the delivery from direct reports.
8. Experience in 3+ years of people management. To manage upto 15 direct reports, able to handle feedback, coach and provide feedback and have a continuous improvement plan for direct reports.
9. Should have experience in 8D/ any other problem solving methods, and able to introduce preventive measures to arrest gaps.
10. An expert in development process – V model, ASPICE, Scrums and possess good experience on PMP topics.
11. Able to provide quotes, interpret financial statements.
