JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for daily updating of financial data, verification of bills, preparation of Delivery Challan, cash & bank payment vouchers and accounting the payment entries, Sales entries accurately.

KEY RESULT AREAS: * Regular Updating of all cash/Bank Transactions assist in processing and finalization of accounts.

• Checking, Verification of Bills Payable, Preparation of Payment voucher and accounting with proper narration on daily basis.
• Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & bankbooks.
• Regular Coordination and liaison with Banks from time to time.
• Regular update, implementation and generate reports from Tally ERP.
• Responsible to handle Daily Sales Transactions
• Daily update all F&A data and assist in finalization of accounts accurately.
• Responsible to regular update all Finance & accounts details in the tally.
• Responsible to coordinate with Production, Procurement, operation, and ensure to collect the required supporting data to update in tally as per the schedule.
• Responsible to generate reports as per the business requirement and assist in reconciliation of accounts in coordination with Manager -F&A.
• Verification of Bills, Preparation of Payment voucher and accounting from time to time.
• Responsible for checking & verification of all kinds of Bills like vendor’s/supplier’s bills, transport Bills etc., from time to time and submit consolidate Report to management.
• Responsible to update Return stock Vs Delivered stock
• Responsible for submission of Invoice to Vijaya & Reconciliation with Vijaya account dept on Invoice
• Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & bankbooks.
• Responsible to maintain and arrange petty cash payments through voucher duly verification of bills from time to time.
• Responsible to reconcile the petty cash books of accounts, transactions with bankbooks on day-to-day basis without any deviations.
• Responsible to ensure all collection of cash is tailed with Module and Cashbook and all impress Cash tailed with physical cash denomination by the day-end cash closing.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Responsible to collect cash vs sales invoice from Vijaya up market, Sangam, Vijaya local, JB Vehicle.
• Responsible cash shortages
• Regular Coordination and liaison with Banks from time to time.
• Coordinate and liaison with all concern Bank Officials in obtaining Demand Drafts, Cheques, and other accounts statements etc.
• Coordinating with bank and submitting Documents if required
• Regular update, implementation and generate reports from Financial Module / Tally.
• Responsible to monitor, updating required data in financial Module of ERP / Tally and generating the reports as per requirement.
• Responsible for Generating DC
• Responsible to generate and submit Cumulative sale report, party wise sale on daily basis to management.
• Responsible to pass Return stock Entry for Vijaya, Sangam, Vijaya Up market and JB.

6) Responsible to handle daily Sales Transactions & Statutory Payments.

a) Responsible to handle Sales invoices along with waybills.

b) Responsible to update Return Stock and generate DC vehicle Wise and route wise

C)Responsible for maintaining and updating of date-to-date analysis report submit to HOD without fail.

Please note that you shall also undertake the duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time and the above points are subject to review periodically and any such change will be intimated to you in writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
