Responsibilities
Ø Be attentive on the floor and zealous towards the work that is being assigned.
Ø Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
Ø E-mail, chat, inbound, outbound
Ø Calling to customer for order confirmation
Ø Delivery reattempt confirmation call
Ø Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Ø Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Ø Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Ø Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Ø Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
Requirements and skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Should have experience in E-mail, Chat, Inbound & Outbound
· High level of attention to detail
· Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
· Basic understanding of CRM
· A go-getter attitude towards work
· Great observation skills, quick learning ability and adaptability
· Basic knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software.
