KEY DELIVERABLES

Facility Management

• Ensure West India Facility Management through the internal and outsourced support
• Review facilities periodically within the budgetary and company guidelines and ensure optimum utilization of the facility infrastructures and maintenance of the Voltas Properties such as company flats within the timeframe.

Asset Management

• Supervise repair, maintenance, allocate & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances,

furniture, furnishings, and building, etc. across multiple locations

• Monitor & effectively run Telepresence, EPABX System &communication equipment’s

Vendor Management

• Vendor management of Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Transportation, Courier, Cab Records
• Ensure timely raising & approval of Monthly Debit Notes of Admin & Canteen for Conference expenses
• Identify vendors, conduct technical & commercial evaluations, define specifications, and submit recommendations
• Review the records of all the AMC, Rate Contracts & lease management

Financial Management

• Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances
• Contracts Management i.e. preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors
• Provide inputs for budget planning & controlling expenses to ensure that it is within budgeted Capex & Opex costs

Coordination with Agencies

• Liaising with government authorities, Licenses department, local police authorities etc. FOR seamless compliance with required statutory and legal requirement.
• Possess knowledge of legal documentation, drafting & vetting, compliance and due diligence issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.

General Office Operations

• Audit disaster management procedures and incorporate good practices to ensure efficient disaster management
• Ability to consistently and fairly apply appropriate policies, guidelines, procedures and processes.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTE

• Knowledge of or experience of working in SAP/ERP environment will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 15 to 20 years’ experience in Administration preferably having worked in manufacturing or IT or project industry
