Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities

• Monthly Maintaining the Bookkeeping, Journal, Ledger.
• GST calculation and filing.
• TDS calculation on a monthly basis, quarterly basis, and filing.
• Prepare a report on a monthly basis to inform the management about liability, pending bills stock balance.
• Salary slip, bonus, loan.
• Knowledge of form 16 preparation.
• Prepare the required documents for CA.
• E-way bill.
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently
• Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Qualification & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience as an accountant.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Highly detail-oriented
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Ethical behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
