Von Roll India supplies insulated conductors, resins, and components to leading manufacturer of generators, motors, and alternators. We supply components for generators from our world class manufacturing facility in bangalore to customers in Europe and US. Our developments offer significant potential for future growth. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare documents for meetings
Communications internal and external
Preparing MOMs and follow up, reports
Manage databases and filing systems
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
YOUR PROFILE
Absolute confidentiality
Diplomacy and politeness in communication
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English,
Ability to articulate accurately.
Excellent administrative and secretarial skills
Adept in SAP, MS Office including XL, PPT, IT
Willingness to travel
Understanding running of a company
Ability to learn quickly
Must have 7-10 years of experience in similar capacity
Ability to keep company confidences
Own transport preferred
