Job Description: 
We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams. Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If youre familiar with teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will make sure our customer service representatives develop their skills and successfully address clients.
Responsibilities:-
– Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance and organize training sessions for under performers
– Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
– Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
– Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
– Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members.
Requirements:-
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Organizational and time-management skills
– Decision-making skills
– Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
– Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
– In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Location:- Surat
Salary:- 15,000 to – 35,000 /month
Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
