Designation: Sr. Accounts Manager

Qualification: B.COM/M.COM

Experience: 5 – 8 Yrs (Sr. Account Exp in Corporate Mgt Field)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Familiar in Tally ERP 9.
• Handling Vendor bills and payments
• Verification of Accounting Vouchers
• Coordination with Auditors
• Management of petty cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
• Billing in Tally
• Recording day to day accounting transactions.
• monthly and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• payroll and utilities
• Sales and Invoicing
• Petty Cash Handling
• GST computations
• TDS computations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Looking for Senior Accounts with 5 -8 years experience.

B.Com / M.Com Graduates are preferred.

• Good Communication Skill.
• Working experience in Tally ERP 9.
• Should have good knowledge in accounts.
• Experience in GST,TDS/ Audit Firm/ Fianance/Taxation / Payroll/Budgeting will be added advantage.
