The MDM Specialist will work alongside a talented team of multi-discipline specialist ; but be able to independently perform routine and non-routine daily activities of Account, Contact, Pricing & Discount life-cycles to ensure a high level of master data integrity worldwide. . The candidate will specifically contribute to system and process improvements to meet the overall corporate goal & objectives. Conduct vertical and basic horizontal business process analyses, whereby judgment is exercised within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate courses of actions. These accountabilities will be achieved through developing high trust relationships with internal customers, critical data analysis, attention to detail and a customer focus.
The candidate will work in our Bangalore, India Subsidiary to support European Countries.
Business Transactions:
Responsible for day-to-day transactions in maintaining all Master Data within ERP & CRM Platforms (SalesForce) and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Financial controls. They are as follows:
Account Management:
Maintain the customer database, ensuring all relevant business partner information is recorded, updated or deleted in accordance with procedural guidelines and to ensure data accuracy and minimize duplication of records.
Ensure proper documentation is obtained in order to create, change or delete an account.
Uploading of documents against the business transaction in SAP.
Campaign Management: Directly responsible for processing all requests received via Group inbox and consistent, timely data entry of responses (inquiries or leads).
Global Web Registration Management: Authenticate and process all incoming web records immediately and maintain the integrity of the back-office processes for Waters’ Website Customer Registration Database.
Global Pricing: Maintain the integrity of our product/pricing file within SAP R/3 environment by entry of Transfer & US Base List Pricing for Adds, Changes & Obsoleted Materials for Waters and TA instruments.
Contact Waters: Maintain the data integrity of “Contact Waters” section of Waters.com and ensure immediate responses to our customers and field operations.
eQuotation: Reviewing and Releasing first time New Registration and Quote Request.
Contact Management: Creation, Update and Deletion business partner information in accordance with procedural guidelines to ensure data accuracy and minimize duplication of records.
Working hours / shift is 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM India time
Minimum of an associate degree in Business Administration and 3 to 4 years demonstrated related experience.
Minimum of 1 year working with Salesforce and/or SAP SD/MM Master Data experience.
