The Principal Consultant will possess knowledge of healthcare strategy, markets, segments and delivery mechanisms. The Principal Consultant will work as part of a client delivery team to identify opportunities for growth, create and implement advisory solutions to improve financial, operational, clinical, patient safety or quality outcomes within healthcare organizations.

Serve as a project manager, leading small client teams to achieve significant results – or – Manage assigned activities autonomously and with creative initiative to complete work on time and with high quality.

Independently collect, validate, analyze and synthesize data to support engagement objectives.

Successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and clients.

Coordinate activities, produce work, and mentor junior staff to utilize technical analytical skills and problem solving resulting in accurate and meaningful information that is ready for review by Project Leaders.

Facilitate effective, cross functional, client meetings / activities.

Produce project deliverables with clear written communication, professional documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence.

Coordinate the project team to ensure on time completion of project activities & milestones according to project objectives.

Coach and mentor consultants to ensure quality of project deliverables are met.

Ability to create impactful client facing communications and presentations.

Contribute to external business development activities.

Begin developing subject matter expertise within healthcare consulting. Contribute to solutions development.

Collaborate effectively with diverse teams demonstrating high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare / clinical professions is preferred; business, engineering, IT, considered.

Master’s degree preferred.

Professional work experience in healthcare, consulting, or related field is required.

Demonstrated capability to lead projects and teams.

Demonstrated capability to facilitate effective, cross functional, client meetings.

Demonstrated capability to establish credible relationships with mid-level client managers.

Education, training or certification in strategy, project management, performance improvement, and change management is desired.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to create professional and impactful presentations /documents as client deliverables.

High level of energy, commitment, and passion for healthcare.

Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required.

Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) is preferred.

Open to travel within the GCC for work.

*Should possess relevant experience of 5 – 10 years.
