Looking for an ambitious IT Sales Manager who is passionate and hunger to chase sales for our IT product based company to help us expand our clients and sales growth. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. We are hiring an IT Sales Manager who have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Must have led a team of business development executives
• Through knowledge of the sales cycle – Should have generated leads and closed major accounts
• Salary would not be constraint for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
