FP&A Analyst/ lead will be responsible for analyzing expenses for the H&W department and related journal entries. The candidate will work closely with US Finance team, business partners and business leaders to execute the transactions as per process.
The role requires to create and act on month end benefits reporting. This includes working in accounting department, ability to multi-task, meet firm deadlines, proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage them. Must work well with a cross functional team, stakeholders to help in delivering the business needs.
Candidate Responsibilities
· Calculating, posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use in maintaining records.
· Obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments.
· Reconciling vendor statements and the treasury reports
· Working on the journals each month and saving the files for further processing
· Maintaining confidentiality of data
· Monitoring all accounts to ensure transactions are current and up to date
· Researching and resolving any invoice discrepancies or other issues.
· Works on multiple tasks/projects
· Exhibits strong understanding of core business processes and the purpose of the team.
· Work with the team to enable shared services model.
· Build strong relationships with US teams to identify and deliver enhancements to processes using automation.
· Provide regular updates to stakeholders and discuss solutions to potential problem areas.
· Drive opportunities to leverage / improve quality & efficiency.
· Guiding team on implementing solutions using appropriate analytical techniques.
· May perform analysis for a wide range of data in different formats and from various platforms.
· Research business problems and help the team to creates models that help analyze these business problems.
· Trains team members to transform data into action-oriented information and to use correctly.

Position Qualifications
· Typically requires 4+ years of core FP&A experience.

Salary: ₹70,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
