QUALITY
Responsible to ensure QMS is followed in accordance with product requirements through API and other Quality standards including Third Part’s & Customer’s requirements.
Responsible for being familiar with the Company’s Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System
Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement.
Accountable for ensuring that all the Quality Management System records are updated and latest available for the use.
Authorized to update and upload the record in WPTS for the assign task.
OPERATIONS
Implement strategic techniques to mitigate potential project documentation risks and promote maximum productivity
Monitor and control execution of the documentation compilation to meet all order requirements and quality plans
Review documentation output from manufacturing and suppliers in accordance with engineering drawings, quality plans and order requirements
Authorised for coordinating with cross-functional team on behalf of Management Representative, updating the QMS documentation on necessary QMS platforms, to release product release / customer required documentation as and when required, coordinate with external customer to collect customer / order specific requirement necessary for the QMS and to raise Q-Stop and RADAR
Authorised to Identify and report any quality concerns to manager and take immediate corrective action as required.
Assist the development and implementation of Quality Improvement Plans to drive manufacturing facilities toward Zero Defects and Zero Quality Escapes as well as reduction of Cost of Quality (COQ)
Handling Customer complaint related documentation
Coordinating & Preparing standardize procedures, quality control plans, sampling plans, inspection test plans, work instructions, and quality template/forms across manufacturing facilities.
Collect, analize and summarize quality performance data, apply statistical tools and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Apply techniques and tools to improve the output quality of processes by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing related processes.
Identify, document, communicate and standardize best practices to reduce defects.
Implement systematic approach QMS performance management, tracking, trending and reporting.
Assist in the implementation of quality related systems, process and tools.
Coordinate and perform internal process audits.
Activities related to the QCP/QP for TPI
Prepare inspection test plan ITP/ QP/QCP and related activities.
Interpret QMS specifications and customer requirements
Actively participating and coordinating for all QMS related activity to support MR function
Responsible & Accounatble for preparing the documentation and retaining the record according to the documentation required by QMS , customer specific requirements and other interested parties like TPIs/ Certification Agencies etc.
Accounatble for the records / documented information to represent in all types of audits ( Internal & External)
Authorised for the Product Release Documentation on behalf of QA Manager
Responsible to perform & Accounatble to coordinate with other roles in Quality function and concerned roles in the other functions of organization to prepare the required docunetation/ to do the assign tasks.
Accountable & Answerable to provide the response/ clarification about the documented information to the customers and / or other interested parties according to the needs and expectation of these interested parties.
Accountable to perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job according to the function / department/ process needs / requirements.
COMMUNICATION
Serve as documentation representative with client, contractors, and vendors during project reviews, meetings, and correspondences
Colloborate with internal team and vendors to ensure all documentation meets the requirements and is delivered promptly
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports
FINANCIAL
All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

Qualifications
REQUIRED
DME with 8+ years of experience/ BE Mechanical with 4+ years of relevant experience in QMS
Must have experience in ISO 9001
Should have experience in ERP SAP
Internal Audit / External Audit Handling and performing Internal Audit / Process Audit.
QMS Documentation and API Product Release Documentation.
Experience scanning, uploading and maintaining records
Proficient in reviewing document such as smill test reports, NDE reports, and other quality documentation.
Competent in the use of computer software applications used for administration, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe
Experience scanning, uploading and maintaining records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Capable of working with minimal supervision or direction
Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a high energy environment
Requires excellent verbal, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner, and to work collaboratively in a team-focused atmosphere
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and ERP systems.
PREFERRED
Experience in Oil & Gas
Knowledge of API Q1 and Q2 requirements
Experience with JDE, Power BI and Microsoft Project
NCR Writing / closures of Internal and External Audit NCRs
QMS Documentation and API Product Release Documentation.
Precise Understatnding for the requirements.
