Learn more about us at www.webengage.com About the role Content marketing as a function is at the heart of all the marketing functions at WebEngage. It plays a vital role in driving demand generation, brand awareness, product marketing and education. While a highly talented set of marketers own the distribution aspect, we’re looking for well-informed writers who could help us fuel our content production engine and provide the content distribution team with enough resources to promote at all times. The content editorials are set and we understand the game well. So you’ll be doing all the magic of creating interesting, non-plagiarized content resources to educate and appeal to our target audience with an uncompromised consistency and quality. You’ll be a part of an agile, goal-oriented content marketing team and collaborate with content marketers, video editors, designers, and SEO managers along with members of the other marketing functions (performance, product, brand). If you love creating superior-quality, conversational content and evolving into a highly experienced member of the content and marketing team, this role is for you! Responsibilities

• Develop well-researched content for the WebEngage blog, case studies, landing pages, digital ads, PR, and other multi-format content units under the marketing realm
• Create repurposed content resources
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams like product, performance and brand marketing along with the customer-facing teams to create educational content for existing and potential customers
• Take charge of content publishing on WordPress
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in the SaaS industry

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content writing
• Sharp writing and proofreading skills in English
• Creative thinking with a flair for intuitive storytelling
• Strong sense of quality and eye for detail
• Capable of multitasking and time management
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Good to have: understanding of SEO concepts and how readers find and use content on the web
