We are in search for a Nepali-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Gurgaon. We want people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail as you will be responsible for taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies. You’ll be joining our fun-loving global community of more than 100,000 passionate people who work across 190 locations in over 50 countries delivering exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content.

What you’ll need

• Fluency in Nepali and English (Essential)
• Availability to work varying shifts including night shift hours and/or weekends if required
• Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions (Essential)
• Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous)
• Experience in content mining and reviewing
• Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
• Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Adhere to strict deadlines
