Job Description for Business Analyst:

Profile: BA

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Qualification : B.Tech/MCA/BCA/MBA

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Understanding the software/applications and its functionalities for a personalized explanation of the same to the existing clients or users.
• Handling customers’ pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication mediums like calls/emails/ skype/helpdesk/ social networking sites.
• Assigning the technical queries of clients to the technical departments.
• Preparing full User guide of the products for customers in written and video format as well.
• Attending international as well domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
• Market research of the products.
• Responsible for new partnerships of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
• Full-time office job, No field work.

Skills required:

• Sound knowledge of the E-Commerce industry.
• Knowledge of Web & Technology.
• Should be proficient in working with computers, software skills such as Microsoft-office as well as internet access.
• Good analytical approach.
• Problem solver with sound attention to detail.
• Understanding & drafting of Business Proposals.
• Excellent presentation and e-mailing skills.
• Should be Excellent in communication as well as written English.
• Willingness to learn.
• Should be street-smart. i.e. he/she should be logically smart and knows how to handle pressure and any situations.
• Good analytical approach.
• Should be proficient in working with computers.
• Better if he/she has knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Should be able to handle the clients, understand the problems/requirements, and able to provide solutions.
