As Customer Service Specialist, you will be r
esponsible for end-to-end
coordination and point contact for Equipment – Pre- and post-sales support including support of Marketing activities.
Reporting directly to Assistant Manager Customer Service. This position is based in Gurgaon, Delhi, India.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Order Processing including post-sales support, coordination with factories and Logistics
.
Marketing and Pre-Sales support including Digital Marketing and Marketing events – Trade shows / Client Demo events /Road shows, Lead management.
Pre-sales support to Dealers and select General Market Customers. Support Sales in providing guidance to dealers.
Other Miscellaneous activities such as Printing of Sales Brochures/ catalogues, Initiating Limited time offers, and Non-moving Inventory dilution, Internal coordination with Culinary and WKC for increased Customer Satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 6 years working experience in Customer Service and added advantage of having experience in Marketing support activities.
Good Listening Skills and ability to work with colleagues and teams
Knowledge of Company Sales Process & various terms and conditions of sale
Knowledge of MS office and CRM software’s such as Sales Force
Good communication skills both written and oral in English and oral in Hindi.
