Department Overview – Human Resources develops and implements our ‘team members, candidates, and operational’ strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. About the Role This position is an exciting opportunity to join the Wells Fargo People Analytics as an Analytic associate manager responsible for high priority reports for the HR leadership. As a manager, you will be managing team, which will be responsible to work on the adhoc HR reports to provide consistent and accurate data to the business teams . Responsibilities .
Responsible for participating in a cross functional/virtual team to strategize, plan and execute programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk.
Conduct in-depth research within complex data environments to identify data integrity issues, and propose solutions to improve analysis accuracy
Ensure comprehensive documentation exists supporting the end-to-end analysis approach and execution
Ensure adherence to data management/ data governance regulations and policies
Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
Mentor or manage more less experienced staff
Proactively partner collaborate across the larger People Analytics team to provide seamless consulting and automation services to our partners using agile methodologies
Proactively manage data gaps/accuracy, while ensuring the integrity of analysis through rigorous attention to detail and validation in data, in reporting self-service tools with technology partner through a collaborative and agile approach.
Evaluate, recommend and implement strategies in partnership with technology to enable improved data access to drive effective and efficient reporting processes to drive business success.
Deliver products through a standard security and risk model developed in partnership with Data Governance.
Market Skills and Certifications : Essential Qualification:
Undergraduate degree required.
Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent)
Unique Knowledge / Skill requirement
10+ years of experience in Reporting and Data Analytics in HR domain
8+ years of Oracle / Teradata database and Oracle SQL experience
4+ years of Tableau experience
2+ years of experience managing people and projects
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
Ability to act with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to learn the business aspects quickly, multitask and prioritize between projects.
Exhibits appropriate sense of urgency in managing responsibilities
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Available to flex schedule per based on business need
