Department Overview

The Consumer Lending Technology group within the Enterprise Information Technology business consists of Home lending, Auto, Personal Lending and Platform support for various applications across retail/mortgage lending businesses.

About the Role

Individual contributor role for FULL STACK JAVA Development. Hands on coding role. Designs and develops code for multiple projects/requirements simultaneously. Takes a lead in driving the usage of latest technology/Frameworks.

Responsibilities

As a Program Associate in highly visible Personal Loan and Line development team of Consumer Lending Technology (CLT) LOB of WFIP you will be responsible for:

• Handle the development and delivery of Very critical and highly visible initiative
• Enhancing Highly visible and Critical Loan fulfillment and Disbursement Java\JEE applications in collaboration with various technical teams involved in the development process
• Handle the Unit test cases and BDD test cases for the existing functionality
• Working in Agile team to develop features of the product in collaboration with the US teams
• Delivers high quality output at all time
• Instill best practices of software development and documentation techniques with in the team
• Have an inclination towards innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

• Candidate should have development experience in JAVA\J2EE and microservice platform.
• Should have exposure to Spring, Hibernate, gJMS, Multi-threading, JQuery, SQL, Any RDBMS, Junit, Mockito, AngularJs and Angular 6, SVN\GIT, TDD\BDD
• Proficiency in using code analysis and debugging tools
• Proven ability to build/maintain relationships
• Includes strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to articulate messages to business and technology partners
• Includes a need to keep-up with everchanging business challenges and needs
• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles, API strategies, and micro services and containers

Proven experience with keeping a horizontal view across the Personal Lending technology landscape to champion technical solutions that will :
