Better requires process discipline and simplification As a critical member of our engineering team, you will develop and implement new software, maintain, and improve existing software, and ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. You will troubleshoot application issues & coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. You will provide coaching to Associates and Junior Associates. For this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in Core Java 5 and above, developing the Microservices framework using Spring Boot, API design, and integration with REST, Soap, XML/JSON. You must have worked with object-relational mapping (ORM) and model-view-controller (MVC) design patterns. You should have experience using the latest engineering & build tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, git.
