The team you will be a part of

The Training and Development team develops, implements and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning | Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.

This role in summary

Knowledge of Home appliance industry

Exp in technical training to service engineers

ok for extensive travel in India (East Region) & Bangladesh

Your responsibilities will include

Should be aware of Sales, Service and business development processes

Must have 4-6 Years of experience to conduct Home appliances trainings for service technicians

Ability to design modules and identify better means to make the technicians learn and improve by conducting trainings

Travel in region and arrange / conduct trainings

Maintain Training Budget

Maintain and publish training reports on daily / weekly and monthly basis

Effectively follow the Skill Evaluation process and tag the SE with different levels

Minimum requirements

Qualification – Btech./BE.

Experience – 4-6 Years

Preferred skills and experiences

Intermediate skills on MS Office,Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations

Well Versed with Bengali, Hindi and English. Written and Verbal
