Site Supervisor – WNKSS03082021

• Organising sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Key Skills

• Adept to interacting with customers to offer services, securing a deal or resolving customer complaint.
• Able to take quick and appropriate decisions such that improves sales.
• Candidate needs to direct and supervise the activities of sales department to ensure work efficiency.
• Good communication and good convincing skills.
• Ability to find and secure new clients and business.
• Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information.
• Skilled at negotiating and motivating others.

Salary
₹15000/- to ₹25000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
