should be a Graduate in relevant field

should have an experience of minimum 3 years of working in e commerce for dealing with customers giving them an online support for their purchases and queries.

Should be eager to learn about the products in details to be able to sell to the customers efficiently.

Should e able to condust proper reserch as who are the potential customers / segments to target to bring in sales .

Knowledge on working on a CRM and maintaining data is a must have qualification .

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
