PROMOTERS:
- Experience- Fresher’s, 0 – 5 years’ experience.
- Preferred experience- Regional or National brands in apparel/footwear/accessories/backpack/luggage· Job knowledge- customer handling, stock management, including display and inventory, working knowledge on point of sales.
- Skills- 1. Linguistic skills – communication (ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and local language). 2. Operational Skills- data management (tools like excel), maintaining customer Data base. 3. People Skills- customer management, handling customer objection.
- Personality traits- energetic, learning quotient, focus on customer, products and processes.
- Education- 10th standard· Other requirements- Should know the regional language (spoken), basic arithmetic, usage of system like email.
