Job Description for the Post of: – E-Commerce Marketing Executive

• To Create Product’s Content Writing, Description, Keywords / Hashtag, Tagging, Captions to support E-Commerce Market Place Listing.
• To create product content and ensure the information is up-to-date on the Online portals
• To do season planning and make an option plan towards effective turnaround
• To allocate merchandise for Online retailers on basis of their requirements and Sales performance
• To create and execute online branding & marketing plan, maintaining quality & freshness of the e-commerce website, site promotions and creating business plan for E-commerce initiative.
• To initiate and coordinate dispatch once the Purchase Orders are received
• On weekly/ monthly basis capture and plan replenishment’s of merchandise
• To prepare Sell Report through analysis (fast moving and slowing moving merchandise analysis) portal-wise on weekly and monthly basis.
• To create competition analysis report and present the same in review meetings
• To analyze past and present promotions and its results on sale
• To propose promotional offers and schemes to HOD and ensure deployment of the same post approval from Management
• To plan EOSS merchandise and discounts to be offered season wise
• To manage and strengthen relationship with Online affiliates (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Shopsy, SnapDeal, Udaan, Ajio, JD Mart, Shopclues, Wiluminaty Official site, ect.).
• To ensure targeted sales are achieved from various Online platforms
• To keep track of merchandise returned from Online retailers

Pay Scale Provided by Company for Social Media Marketing Executive: –

• For every product Listing you will get 10 Rs. per activity on E-Commerce Market Places.
• We will associate with you for 1 Year.
• If you complete 1 year association with company, We will give you 2 Years of Experience certificate as a Bonus.
• For Every Review / Feedback from Unique uses you will get Rs.2 as a Bonus.
• For Every Listing share on Social Media you will get 0.5 Paisa as a Bonus.
• We will help you in Grooming of your personal, professional and social profile for future prospective.
• We also promote your professional and social profile in National Level.
• We will also sponsor future studies or any certificate course in field of Social Media which depends on your productive performance and long term stability in company. (For sponsoring future education separate MOU will be consider).
• Increment will do if you complete given task / target much before deadline.
• Pay will vary as per your productivity.
