(Science) in Food TechnologyRoles and Responsibilities Assures compliance to company quality standards. Takes leadership and ownership of quality, relative to production and food product safety. Champions improvements with the quality and food safety systems. Leads root cause investigations into quality issues, with corrective and preventive actions. Supports implementation of quality procedures. Monitors the quality throughout the supply chain from supplier to production to customer. Implements internal audit process to track compliance to the quality management system and responsible for third party audits. Supports production facilities with their quality improvement process by giving constant feedback . Assist development of key quality metrics & dashboards for performance evaluation and improvement. Lab Testing (Fat, Acidity, Moisture, Ash, Salt etc.) of the products i.e. Cake Premix, Cookies & Chocolates. Testing of Raw material,/ Packaging material. Report generation & Documentation. Immediate Joining required. Candidates should be from Food/ FMCG. Candidates from the Bakery line will be preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to INR55,000.00 per monthBenefits:
