We are currently hiring for Customer care candidates .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should possess good communication skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Must have good written and verbal skills.
- Should be a quick learner .
- Prior experience in domestic BPO will be an add-on.
- Should handle customer queries in a polite manner
- Should have good convincing skills
- Must have basic MS- Office knowledge.
- Must be graduated.
