Prepare the SOP & Check list
- ESD validation in FATP and Labs
- Shift planning’s and manpower allocation and monitoring
- Prepare MIL and FATP process audit FAI and Tear down Process
- Drive action against the NC’s from the respective team
- Provide training to IPQC new joiners
- Rise & close the corrective action report(CAR)
- Participate cross function team meeting at shop floor
- Audit the FAI in packing line record the compliance
- Monitor the FATP line process
