Job Description

To process Insurance claims transactions in line with the defined process on simple to complex tasks. A more detailed description of tasks is given in section 3 where specific requirement is outlined against each claim element. Complete the action required on the demand within the required TAT ensuring the required level of accuracy & compliance requirements as defined in the agreed SLA with the client. Process motor or Casualty claims with an intent to reduce indemnity spend, claims lifecycle and increase customer experience.
