Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for P&O Administrator.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling of rooms, date and time, attendees of the training, setting of meeting invites
Request of training invoice, set-up and processing
Sourcing of external vendor regarding needed training
Review of employee competency including skill, qualification and competency mapping
Monitoring of training completion
Training Database Maintenance
Management of Leadership potential assessment that helps identify potential at all levels.
Adding / removing of delegates as requested by Business unit
Coordinating and setting up meeting invite to attendees of training leaders
Extracting/managing of report reflecting candidate’s performance review
Creating and managing self-registration groups and testing of online courses to check quality branding
Managing query regarding issues in launching courses
Creation of certificates from the Academy
Sending of instruction with links on where to access training
Creating and managing learning materials and generation of Compliance Training Reports
Creating and managing curriculum
Tracking of Performance Management completion and Monitoring of training completion
Sending of emails in relation to any learning object launched particularly to what needs to be completed
Managing of Custom Pages – Designing of Conexus interface (e.g. homepage)
Functionality set-up in Conexus, similar to ‘Yammer’
Adding / removing of delegates and sending out email notification regarding the module completion

Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
Job specific experience:

Previous experience in a process driven role that requires extremely high accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of:
HR Systems, including Oracle learning management tools (preferred)
Strong skills with Excel and Word
Expert in L&D processes and usage of collaborative systems
Experience of:
Previous experience in maintaining data integrity with confidential information
Delivering administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner
Demonstrable experience of being able to prioritize and manage work load to achieve end result
Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard, quality of output.
Comfortable with the facilitation of learning programs to a diverse set of audience
Delivering work ensuring a strong attention of detail is displayed
