Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for P&O Administrator.
Role is responsible for end to end recruitment service to P&O teams across the business and designated as appropriate. This is primarily involving delivery of recruitment activities ranging from screening, interview scheduling, background verification to maintaining referral database.
The role must ensure all information is managed in confidence and accurately, as well as in accordance with all policies, processes and legislation.
Job Posting – Acts as the brand ambassador in formatting job description prior posting the advertisements in the job portals
Screening – Assess the CV of the candidate based on the qualifications provided by the Recruiter
Interview Scheduling – Coordinates availability of the candidate and Hiring Manager in setting up an interview prior sending of meeting invite to schedule an interview
Employment Verification – Collects/verifies the employment details from the former employers of the candidates
Reference Check – Communicate with the previous employer of the new hire / prospected candidate to investigate about his/her employment history as well as the person’s behaviour towards work
Project Specific Documentation – Collects pre-employment document as identified by the recruiters (e.g. Payslip, Certificate of employment etc.
CV Speculative – Sends an email instruction to the candidate to create a profile and apply via iCIMS
Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English
Job specific experience:
Previous shared service resourcing experience in an HR environment is required.
Previous experience in a process driven role that requires extremely high accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of:
HR Systems, including Oracle and case management tools
Complete knowledge of end to end recruitment cycle
Job portals – LinkedIn, Monster, Times Job, etc
Preparing Job descriptions as per the role
Experience of:
Previous experience in maintaining data integrity with confidential information
Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy.
Delivering desired positions in an accurate and timely manner
Demonstrable experience of being able to prioritize and manage work load to achieve end result
Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard, quality of output
Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication skills are critical
Strong organisational skills
Work well with a team, both locally and regionally
