Role purpose

Support business operations to deliver successful outcomes on projects and foster a positive risk and learning culture. Facilitation of risk reviews, assessments and other assurance activities.

Job Responsibilities

Facilitate virtual assessments (e.g. project start up reviews) and risk workshops with projects and operations to identify, assess and develop plans for key risks and opportunities. Provide analysis to identify common themes and trends.

Facilitate virtual assurance workshops and webinars assisting to build risk and innovation capabilities and knowledge assets.

Support the development of the assurance assessment schedule, and plan and co-ordinate virtual assessments in collaboration with operational and corporate assurance.

Any Engineering Degree

Facilitator – Leads risk workshops and able to perform appropriately within a defined framework to meet workshop goals. Highly communicative and able to craft meaningful messaging clearly.

Self-Initiator – Comfortable with delivering high quality work under minimal supervision. Ability to own tasks and initiatives and dedicate sufficient time to thinking beyond the scope and adopt a risk based approach to assurance activities.
