• Make and implement plans to assist customers with their banking needs.

• Create and maintain client and customer relationships.

• Address and resolve client concerns as soon as possible.

• Opportunities for cross-selling should be communicated to the sales team.

• Assist in the promotion and upkeep of a positive corporate image.
