We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our team of trainers! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.Job Role –1. Knowledge in skill development programme.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.3.Comfort using common computer operating system and tools ,including Microsoft window.4.Based on research ,Plan and implement training programme.5.Build quarterly and annual training programme.6. Knowledge in file uploading, downloading or net surfing.7.You should Knowledge in how to present your thoughts, idea to others.8.Timely field visit in Operational area’s as per schedule (If required)9.
